Antiques is located close to the village of Haworth, home of the famous literary family the Brontës.
It was here, at Haworth parsonage, that the Brontë children lived and produced their greatest work.
The surrounding villages and countryside provided the inspiration for Emily's "Wuthering Heights",
and the familly's frequent walking expeditions to the town of Keighley took them near by the farm
where Bingley Antiques is now situated .
f visitors to the area care to follow
the footsteps of the Brontës, The Crossroads Inn, a pub genuinely frequented by the sisters' brother
Branwell, is just a few minutes walking distance from Bingley Antiques. The village of Haworth itself
is one of England's most frequently visited tourist spots.
